Eating With Hand


Eating with hand especially right hand and after done eating lick the fingers. The scientist have discovered that the fingers contains a lot of enzyme, which is 10 times more than founded in saliva. The enzyme is important in food digestion because without it food will not be digest effectively.

Other than that according to an article published in October 2010 paparetta.wordpress.com, eat using hands proved to be more healthful because the hands has RNase enzymes that can bind bacteria so that the bacteria activity level will be very low when it enter with food to the body's digestive tract .

Basically, the main purpose of this RNase enzyme is to be used in genetic analysis, with the purpose to degrade RNA, until what left out of a living cell is its DNA .This enzyme is always contained in the fingers and palm of the human hand. This enzyme will stick to the food when we touch the food, until the process where foods enter in the digestive tract. This enzymes function is that it can bind with the bacterial cell so that the bacteria activity is not maximal. Once food enters the digestive tract, the enzyme will follow and bind the movement of the bacteria until to the sewer.

The opposite happen if humans eat using for example a spoon, nothing can restrain the rate of bacterial activity contained either in food or cutlery itself.
