The best olive oil is a pure olive oil. Pure olive oil is extracted olives without the use of chemicals or heat to ensure a low acid content. Only pure olive oil has the affect on the disease. Dr. Michael Goldacre and a team of researchers from the "Institute of Health Science" to compare cancer, food and olive oil consumption in 28 countries including Europe, USA , Brazil, Colombia, Canada and China. The results showed that the country that has more consumption of meat and less vegetables have higher risk of cancer. Olive oil is related as the causes of the risk are less.
