Don't Bathe After Eating

Bath after a meal will give negative effects to the body. It will affect organ performance in the body and that will give very harmful effects to our health. Even though eating is necessary requirement for the body. There is etiquette and procedure that can help the body to be in its best condition.

Bath after a meal could be harmful because after eating the body temperature will rise. Bath after eating will cause sudden body temperature drop and from that it cause blood flow in stomach and intestines will be reduced. This will become a factor that weaken stomach function and also disturbance to body digestive system.

When bodies are running metabolism process, the body will absorb process and transmit nutrients to every organ in the body. During this time body temperature will increase drastically. Usually the body will be hot and sweaty after consume the food. The body temperature will rise due to faster blood flow.

If in that condition the body were pour with water or having a bathe, that will give shock to the body surface area where nerve in skin and blood flow suddenly become cold. This will cause permanent damage to blood vessels if repeatedly a person took bath after a meal. Case like this will become one of the factors that cause stroke and stoppage of blood flow in the body.

But not just that, after eating, blood in the body will focus on digestive systems and if a person bath after eating the blood vessels in the body will expand. That will cause blood to repeat its work function. So there will be disturbance to blood circulation in digestive systems.

Therefore, don't go straight to bath after eating, wait at least 30 minutes after eating. So, the body can run it function properly and to be in its maximum condition.
