Don't Eat Fruit After Meal


Don't eat fruit after a heavy meal (eg: rice, wheat, bread). Only eat fruit before eat other foods. Fresh fruit is pre-digested food, it can be entered directly from the stomach into the intestine. If eaten with other foods, the fruit will be trapped, mixed in the stomach, usually resulting fermentation (the process of producing energy without oxygen).

Don't eat fruit after meal or mixed with meal but eat before a meal. It is important to know when to eat fruit. Fruit must be eat while stomach is empty. Fruit plays important roles to detoxify the body system, to provide a lot of energy & to other life activities.

Let's say if a person eat 2 slices of bread and after that a slices of fruit. The fruit is ready to go straight to intestine but the presence of the bread prevents that from happen. At the same time that bread will rotten and stale. Next it will ferment and turns to acid. Instantly after the fruit mixed with the food in stomach digestion happens and entire food will become damaging agent. So, please eat fruit before meal.

This doesn't means that a person can't eat fruit at all if he already have a meal, just don't eat fruit immediately after meal and it is better to wait after 1 to 2 hours to avoid stomach easily inflated.

Some people experience when they eat watermelon they burp, when they eat apple they feel discomfort, when they eat banana they need to go to toilet. All of that won't happen if fruit were eaten while stomach is empty. Fruit when mixed with other food will produce damaging agent and gas. It will cause discomfort in stomach.

Grey hairs, bald, nervous outburst & dark circles under the eye will not happen if fruit were eaten while stomach is empty.

It goes to any kind of fruit, even orange or lemon that was told to be acidic because every fruit will turn to alkali in the body. According Dr. Herbert Shelton that has done research regarding this matter. Person can be beautiful, live long, energetic and have ideal body weight, if the person know how to control the right way to eat fruit.

Drinks only fresh fruit juice, not from can. Don't eat cooked fruit because that will not provide all of the fruit nutrition. When the fruit were cook all of the vitamins will be destroy.

Eat the fruit is better than drink the fruit juice. If you want to drink fruit juice make sure that you drink slowly, because you need to let it mixed with saliva before swallow.
