Don't Eat to Full

There are many reasons why we are not encouraged to eat too much and too full. When we eat too full, there is a reduction of blood flow to the brain because the blood will concentrate in the intestine. The effect is it will cause drowsiness.

Stomach will stretch when we eat too full, which can cause vomiting and nausea. Eating too full can increase blood sugar levels and it is very dangerous for people with diabetes. Eating too full also will increase blood flow from the heart to the intestines. It is very dangerous for people with heart failure or cardiac decomposition and it will exacerbate the degree of pain.

Scientists believe that feeding infants too much and too full can lead to the development of fat cells. These cells would eventually form fat faster than ordinary people. As an effect, it increases the infant’s potential to suffer with obesity or overweight.

Eating too full also causes hardening of the brain arteries that lead to decreased in brain thinking capabilities. According to the Cell journal, the researchers in the United States revealed that eating too full trigger brain damage. This is one of the worst consequences because it could lead and effect on other health problems such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and other diseases.

Eat too full cause digestive enzymes in the stomach released excessively. Food cannot be digested properly. This food will be entered into the intestines, fermented and eventually produce gas in the stomach. Stomach will be bloated; sometimes it will cause diarrhoea and abdominal pain.

Eating too full can inhibit the digestive process because the entire digestive system depressed by food. Imperfectly digested food will rot and become garbage in the stomach. One of the bad effect is it will weaken the entire system in the body.

Eating too full also can cause saturation of citric acid cycle in the body. In effect, the metabolism or the sewerage system becomes impaired. Fat stored in the body will become more than the energy which can causes obesity.

Eating too full or drinking too much can cause the body to feels heavy, lethargic and lazy. Psychologically mind will be filled with negative thoughts, wits and knowledge becomes narrower.
