Eat a Fig

Fig's is from Middle East, the fruit is sweet and green in colour when mature the colour changes to dark purple. Fig's is very delicious and suitable to make as juice.

Other than its sweetness, fig's also contains important nutrition that makes it unique. Fig's contains high fiber, rich with calcium and potassium that helps to fight cancer cells in human body. Fig's also contains vitamins A & C that good for skin and eyesight. High content of iron in fig also helps to control appetite and avoid obesity.

Health experts believes by constantly consume figs can help to control diet and also effectively clean the toxins and poisons in human body naturally. Fig's contains high antioxidant and this is important and needed by human body to stay healthy and control stability of blood pressure. Other than that Fig's helps prevent chronic diseases such as gout, high blood pressure, heart problems and stroke.
