Don't Lean While Eating


Eat while leaning is not good for human digestion. When we lean our stomachs surface stretched wide and its capacity increased. This causes us to remain hungry after eat and in the end we will eat more, even though the food in the stomach should be sufficient.

When the stretch stomach was filled with food, at the beginning you will not initially feel anything. But the disaster will come when your body back to its original position (back was not leaning backward). Stomach will be back as before and its capacity will be back as normal.

Because the capacity of the stomach is reduced while the food in it is not, then the food in the stomach will be pressed. You will enter the state where your stomachs feel full or stuffed.

The food was "overcrowding" in the stomach and hard to get down to the small intestine. This is because the pyloric tube or tube between the stomach and the small intestine will not stretch even though the food in the stomach is too much. This will lead to gastrointestinal dysfunction in which food moves too slowly from one organ to another organ.

Stomachs need more energy to process food that is beyond its capacity. So, stomach will absorb the energy in striated muscle (biceps, abdominals, etc.) and the glucose in the blood vessels to become smooth muscle (stomach muscles, intestinal muscles, and the muscles of other digestive organs). Due to the energy in the muscles is reduced, and then you will feel relaxed and a bit limp. You can conclude that eat more than what you suppose to eat could be a reason why some man fail to build muscles.

Not only that, since the glucose in the blood is absorbed, and then the blood will be inefficient in the delivery of oxygen. Slow oxygen delivery will cause loss of concentration and even sleepy.

When sleepy, then usually you will sleep. Sleep after eat can lead to various diseases such as Obesity, Diabetes Mellitus, and much more. There is so much risk that we will get if we eat while leaning.
