Don't Skip Dinner

If dinners are skip, the enzyme will process the fat in the stomach and cause fat and cholesterol to increases even more and if often skip dinner it also will speed up aging. This is because the increase in acidity and cholesterol in the blood. Eat although it just light dinner. Do not let an empty stomach during night. But beware don't immediately sleep after dinner and don't eat to full especially during night.

Actually dinner is very important, and even more important than breakfast. Some believe by avoiding dinner able to make a body slimmer instantly but skip the dinner increases the risk to get diabetes.

When sleep, bodies are undergoing restructuring and revitalization of it parts on a large scale, it takes very large amount of energy. Mechanisms of sleep have purpose which is allowing the body's energy to be allocated to the process that occurs. 

Starve before bed time makes the body lose energy supply that needed for working. Lack of energy will disrupt the body's health and when happen occasionally it will be very harmful. Degenerative disease or serious illness is suspected to happen due to a prolonged diet. 

Starve at night for years will cause problem. Those who often starve themselves to avoid the dinner, often awaken at night in hunger or experience insomnia.

Never skip dinner because fear to get fatter and let the body go to bed with empty stomach. Eat 2-3 hours before the digestive system rest and give time for assimilation cycle to work ahead before sleep. The suitable time was around 8 p.m. - 9 p.m. Stop eating heavy meal before that time but ensure eat in enough portion.
